General Information
Profund's privacy policy is very simple.  We will never share personal information provided to us with anyone, for any reason, at any time, without your express permission.  We build our business on trust and respect the relationships that we have built with our clients.  As such, we would never violate that trust by releasing personally identifiable information to third parties.

Sensitive Data
Given the nature of the pensions industry, we are often privy to highly sensitive data such as social security numbers, earnings, and addresses.  We take your data privacy seriously and have strict standards in place to maintain security.  All CDs, disks, manuals, letters, and statements containing sensitive or identifiable information is shredded upon project completion.  We password protect files sent over e-mail or ftp, and we never send data through the internet without your permission.  In addition, we will never share your system data with any affiliate, partner, or other entity without your permission.
